With over 20 years of lived experience in the fitness and wellness industry , a Masters degree in Exercise Science, certifications and years of teaching experience  in multiple movement disciplines such Pilates, Mobility Training, Corrective Exercise, and Yoga & Meditation, I've curated the best practices for strength, vitality, and longevity.
